For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to the Company’s service which can be accessed via our website at (“Site”) where users can purchase marketing services (“Services”) through different plans.  The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to You, as a user of Service. By accepting our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (found here:, You consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of Your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Our Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We collect “Non-Personal Information”, “Personal Information.”

While You may disable the usage of cookies through Your browser settings, we do not change our practices in response to a “Do Not Track” signal in the HTTP header from Your browser or mobile application. We track Your activities if You click on advertisements for Airbnb services on Third-Party platforms such as search engines and social networks, and may use analytics to track what You do in response to those advertisements

Using pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs or other similar technologies: These may be used in connection with some Site pages and HTML-formatted email messages to, among other things, track the actions of Site users and email recipients, measure the success of Company’s marketing campaigns and compile statistics about Site usage and response rates.

From You: Information such as Your location, as well as other information, such as Your preferred means of communication, is collected when You voluntarily provide this information. Unless combined with Personal Information, this information does not personally identify You or any other user of the Site.

II.   Information collected via Technology

In addition to use Your Personal Information to render the Services, we may use Personal Information for our research, modeling, marketing and other business purposes provided it is first anonymized. Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes Your Personal Information with third parties without Your consent. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us.  Those vendors use Your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Non-Personal Information

In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us provide and improve the Service and customize the user experience.  We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns and for use for our research, modeling, marketing and other business purposes on the Site.  This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our discretion.

In the event we undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, Your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred.  You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of our assets may continue to process Your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.  If our information practices change at any time in the future, we will post the policy changes to the Site so that You may opt-out of the new information practices.  We suggest that You check the Site periodically if You are concerned about how Your information is used.

Aggregated Information

“Aggregated Information” is a combination and analysis of information from multiple sources that helps identify or creates trends, benchmarks, summary metrics, or predictive algorithms, provided that we take reasonable steps to prevent a specific individual or the individual’s data from being identified. We may create Aggregated Information from information that other customers choose to share with us, along with Your Personal and Non- Personal Information.

We may use Aggregated Information:

to deliver, administer, develop and enhance Our Site and Services;

to enable general marketing and advertising statements about our products and services; and

Our website currently does not have a mechanism to recognize the various web browser Do Not Track signals.


The Company may change how we collect and then use Personal Information at any time and without prior notice, at our sole discretion. The Company may change this Privacy Policy at any time. If material changes are made to the Privacy Policy, the Company will notify You either by posting the changed Privacy Policy on the Site or by sending an email to You. The “Last Updated” date will also be updated at the top of this Privacy Policy.It’s important that You review the changed Privacy Policy.
